Recently I was blessed to spend a weekend delivering some training at St Michaels College in Cardiff. The welcome, food and conversation was great, however I was struck by how some of our students (vicars in training) were equally daunted and excited about the prospect of working with young people.

I felt truly humbled by their honesty, and I hope that the knowledge, input, support, encouragement they received will enable them to reach many young people and their families in a positive and life changing way.
