Stu Thomson is the founder of, coach and trainer at Auxano Consultancy.
Stu is a highly innovative, self-motivated, trauma informed, collaborative senior leader/manager with qualities in capacity building, developing networks, facilitation, integration, sustaining commitment from others and income generating.
With more than 30 years experience and success in sustainable growth within the charitable sector, especially with marginalised communities. Stu is a champion for authentic, genuine and transparent relationships, process and practice. This was recognised in 2013 when Stu was awarded Radio 4 iPM New Year’s Honours Award for his work within the local community.
In his spare time Stu has a range of developmental and enjoyable interests. These include being an active member of the London Welsh Male Voice Choir, playing drums in a band, spending quality time with family and friends, carpentry, and reading books on leadership, current affairs and psychology. Stu is keen on outdoor activities such as hiking, natural navigation, cycling and canoeing. Stu also delivers self defence workshops for women and girls.
Stu is married to Ros and they have two daughters - Ella and Megan. Ella has a Masters in Photography and is an avid climber. Megan can be seen on stage living her dream as a performing artist.
